Did you know that NAZA has schools in Cambodia?
Currently, there are two schools and two suraus funded by Yayasan and has been fully operating since 2015.
Sekolah NAZA Malaysia – Kemboja & Sekolah Selamat NAZA Malaysia – Kemboja were established to support children from underserved communities in Cambodia. The learning centres located in Kampong Chhnang and Phnom Penh and it has been developed through collaboration with local partners, the Humanitarian Donors Association (HDA). The schools provide access to basic education and a safe learning environment for asnaf students.
Continuing this commitment with support from HDA, Yayasan has funded the Back to School Programme at both schools, supplying around 300 children with essential school necessities.
Students from Standard 1 to Standard 3 received essential school items, including stationery, exercise books, and basic learning supplies.
These contributions help create a more comfortable and well-equipped learning environment, reduce the financial burden on families, and support students’ daily classroom needs.
Through this initiative, Yayasan continues to nurture access to education across borders by providing tools that encourage curiosity, confidence, and a strong start to the school year.
