1.  Support AGM Group Strategy and subsidiaries to develop growth plan, using fact-based analysis to identify growth and profit opportunities
2. Lead cross-functional efforts across marketing, innovation, commercial, finance, etc. to prepare the analysis required to evaluate business and market opportunities.
3. Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to set priorities, goals and implement the strategic initiatives, prioritizing resources required in collaboration with Finance
4. Own the development of key strategic initiatives to give shape to new opportunities by applying rigorous fact-based logic, analytics and business smarts to identify key value drivers and lay the groundwork for success
5. Champion new opportunities across the organization, working collaboratively to identify critical business needs and remove key roadblocks
6. Coordinate and oversee the development and recommendation of NAZA’s strategic and long-term goals based on analysis and studies of business conditions
7. Establishment of key objectives and mission realization, considering the organisation’s strengths, weaknesses, capacity and products
8. Preparation of feasibility study/investment memo (performing research, valuation models and strategic assessment and pricing of targets including potential deal synergies)
9. Monitors and evaluates results of existing plans to ensure growth and profitability and adjusts as necessary
10. Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance, drafting of Board and Committee papers
11. To undertake any ad-hoc and special project assigned by the Superior

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
2. At least 4 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in corporate planning, business development, and/or corporate finance.
3. Possess good presentation, Good business writing skills, analytical skills (market research and data analysis).
4. Self-motivated and highly adaptive in challenging working environment
