Requirements
- Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance schedules for the fleet to optimise vehicle performance and minimise downtime
- Coordinating with external service providers for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Monitoring and analysing fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend preventative maintenance strategies
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and vehicle history
- Overseeing the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Collaborating with the operations team to minimise the impact of maintenance on fleet availability
