This role provides corporate secretarial support to the Naza Group of Companies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. It manages and prepares documentation for Board, Committee, Management, and Shareholders’ meetings, including drafting papers, minutes, and resolutions.
The role also advises departments on governance and compliance matters, maintains statutory records, prepares and lodges required documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, ensures compliance with the Companies Act 2016, and handles assigned projects or ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree and/or Professional Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other related disciplines. CGI (CSA) qualification or a Licensed Secretary, pursuing or ICSA graduate.
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance and any other relevant regulations and guidelines.
- At least five (5) years working experience in company secretarial practices. Exposure in Public Listed Companies will be an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal English, Bahasa Malaysia.
