Naza Eastern Motors Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager, Customer Relationship Management & Training to join our team at our Petaling Jaya HQ. This full-time role is responsible for managing customer relationships through the effective use of CRM systems, driving customer-centric strategies, and implementing product and sales training (soft skills) frameworks in line with Suzuki guidelines. The role also involves establishing and monitoring a structured framework to manage market complaints efficiently.
Requirements
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and retention.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to engage and retain customers.
- Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of CRM strategies and processes.
- Segment customers using defined criteria to personalize interactions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Monitor and track customer complaints received across all sales and aftersales touchpoints, ensuring they are directed promptly to the appropriate internal stakeholders within Naza Eastern Motors.
