This full-time role will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with key government stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support the company’s strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with government officials, agencies, and regulatory bodies
- Monitoring relevant government policies, regulations, and legislation, and advising the organisation on the implications and potential impacts
- Representing the company’s interests in meetings, negotiations, and public consultations with government entities
- Coordinating and preparing submissions, proposals, and responses to government inquiries and requests
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant government regulations and requirements
- Developing and implementing strategies to proactively engage with government stakeholders and influence policy decisions
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on government relations activities and developments
