Job Summary
As the Manager, Industrial Relations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring harmonious labour relations within the NAZA AUTOMOTIVE DIVISION. Reporting to the Head of Human Capital, you will be responsible for strategically managing all industrial relations matters, including collective bargaining, grievance handling, and compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in industrial relations and labour law
- Thorough understanding of Malaysian labour laws and regulations
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
